Enquiries
When you email Sam’s IT Consulting, the information received may include your name, email address, business details, message, and any other information you choose to provide. It is used to respond, arrange calls, discuss services, and prepare proposals.
Website and email services
This site does not include an enquiry form, advertising trackers, or marketing analytics added by Sam’s IT Consulting. The hosting platform and email service may process technical information and messages to operate and secure their services. Their processing may occur outside Canada. This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites.
Collection and sharing
Only provide information needed for the enquiry. Do not send passwords or confidential technical records. Enquiry information is not sold or used to add you to a marketing mailing list. It may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting and email, or disclosed where required by law.
Retention and safeguards
Enquiry information is retained as needed for correspondence, service discussions, and applicable business or legal recordkeeping. Information handling for a paid engagement is addressed separately in the engagement agreement. Email is not an appropriate channel for sharing credentials.
